In-stock items

Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER items

Orders that include MADE-TO-ORDER (fully made-to-order) items require 7 business days for production and shipment.

(Weekends and public holidays excluded)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.

A flat shipping fee of ¥7,500JPY applies to all international orders.

For select Asian countries, the shipping fee is ¥4,000JPY.

International orders are shipped via UPS or EMS.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and respond promptly.
