BTMK® store appointment

Please check the following precautions before making your reservation.

・Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and each person can only reserve one slot. Please refrain from reserving more than one slot.
・If you are going to be late or if there are any changes to the information you have entered, please be sure to contact us.
If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment time or are otherwise deemed to have cancelled without notice, we will be unable to accept any future reservations.
・Each slot allows you to stay in the store for one hour.
If you arrive late, you will be asked to leave at the time of your reservation.
・Up to four people, including the person with the reservation, can visit the store. Please be accompanied by the person with the reservation.
・To make a reservation, you must enter your name, phone number, email address, Instagram account (optional), and number of people planning to visit (maximum of 4 people).
・If there are any errors in the above information, or if there are any information that appears to be incomplete, we will contact you by email to confirm. If we do not receive a reply by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled.
・Due to the small number of participants, we may occasionally need to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed due to an emergency. When making a reservation, please enter an email address and phone number where we can contact you.
・No prior membership registration or login is required; you can make a reservation by simply entering the required information above.
・The store is located in Nakano Ward, Tokyo (nearest stations are Higashi-Nakano Station and Nakano-Sakaue Station). Please check the store address on our website or in your reservation confirmation email.
・Only credit cards, debit cards, PayPay, and transportation IC cards are accepted as payment methods at the store; cash is not accepted.
・Some items may not be available in store. If there is a specific item you are looking for, please contact us by email.

Please note the following points when making a reservation:

・Should you not show up for your reservation time without reason, you will be prohibited from making future reservations.
・The allotted time per slot will be 1 hour.
・Even if you are late, your time cannot extend into the next slot.
・Including the reservation holder, max 4 people per party. The reservation holder must attend.
・Required input: name, phone number, email, Instagram account, party size (max 4).
・If information is invalid (eg wrong Instagram account), we will email you for confirmation. Failure to reply may result in cancellation.
・No membership or login required — only the above input fields.
・Store location: Nakano Ward, Tokyo (nearest stations: Higashinakano, Nakano-Sakaue). Exact address will be in your confirmation email.
・Payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPay, transport IC. Cash is NOT accepted. Tax-free shopping is not available.
