SHIPPING

We use the International Postal Express Mail Service ( EMS ) via the Japan Post Service .
EMS is a top speed international mail service that delivers to over 120 countries and territories worldwide.
EMS has both a tracking system and an insurance system (in case of loss or damage up to 20,000 yen).
With this service, delivery usually takes about 4 to 6 days to Europe and North America.
You can track your parcel on the EMS website Using the tracking number that we will inform you of at the time of shipment.

※Made-to-order items require approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery.


SHIPPING COST


For international shipping, a flat rate of 6,000 yen (Asian 3,500 yen) will be charged for all products. However, for purchases over 30,000 yen, international shipping will be free.


PAYMENT

We provide two types of payment methods by PayPal , AmazonPay and Credit Card Japanese Yen .
We DO NOT accept "Cash on Delivery" and "Bank Deposit" for Overseas Customers.

All information regarding payment will be sent along with an invoice email after your order has been accepted and processed.

Paypal: For Customers using PayPAL, you can click on the PayPal link after checkout to complete your payment. PayPal covers most major credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.


It is also possible to pay via credit card using Paypal. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, the option "I don't have a PayPal Account" allows you to pay your order directly, without the need to create a PayPal account. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you may visit www.paypal.com to open an account.

Credit Card: We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or JCB logo .
Our checkout procedures are authorized through PayPal and WebPay (Japanese Payment Gateway Service). PayPal and Webpay process our online credit card payments to provide secure transaction for our customers.

TAXES & CUSTOM FEES

All prices are Tax - Free, However, importing from Japan may be subject to different charges when the package arrives at the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the recipient and are It is the customer's responsibility . We have no control over taxation and cannot predict its amount or particular application. Please contact the customs office in your country for more information. Please note that some local carriers might charge additional fees when perceiving VAT and custom duty such as brokerage fees.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our website are in Japanese Yen , and charged in Japanese Yen. The Bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay. But in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is please use Currency Conversion on our website (main page above) or Google Converter.
Please note that the amount converted back to US Dollar as currency may not be accurate when exchange rates change hourly and your credit card company may have fees added to your charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges for International orders.

Acceptable reasons for returns are: factory defects, sending of a wrong colors or sizes, or error on our part. Exchanges can be made only if the item or items are in an unworn/unused condition.
In case where your item is damaged during shipping, please e-mail us within 5 days and immediately file a damage report at your local post office. Once the post office files a damage report, they will ship your item back to Japan at no charge. After we receive the damaged item and damage report, we will refund the full amount of the item, including all shipping charges. In cases where the item delivered is not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of arrival and ship it back to The Post Office Shop within 7 days of notifying us. We cannot deal with items that are not claimed within the assigned period. Please verify all items upon delivery. If you should have any further questions, please email us.
