Delivery status information

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.

From an environmental perspective, BTMK operates on a made-to-order production system, with production, inspection, and shipping within 10 business days of the order (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

BTMK is run by a small number of people, and all staff are working at full capacity on production in order to deliver products to customers as quickly as possible, so we apologize for the late response.

For ordered items that do not have a tracking number registered, production has been completed and after inspection, the item will be shipped from BTMK Atelier via Yamato Transport on a business day.
It may take some time for the tracking information to be updated, but we appreciate your understanding.

Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused.

If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please let us know and we will deal with the matter as soon as possible.
