BTMK® store appointment

Please confirm the following notes before making a reservation.

・Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and only one slot can be reserved per person. Please refrain from making reservations for more than one slot.
・If you are going to be late for your appointment or if there are changes to the information you entered, please be sure to contact us.
・If you do not show up at the scheduled time, or if we determine that it is an unauthorized cancellation, we will not be able to accept any future reservations from you.
・Each slot provides 1 hour of in-store time.
・Even if you arrive late, you will be asked to leave at your reserved time.
・Up to 4 people, including the reservation holder, can visit the store. When visiting, please come accompanied by the reservation holder themselves.
・Input of the following information is required for reservations: [Name], [Phone Number], [Email Address], [Instagram Account (optional)], [Number of visitors (up to 4 people)].
・If there are deficiencies in the above input items, or if there are input items that appear to be deficient, we will contact you via email for confirmation. If we do not receive a reply by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled.
・Due to a small staff, in rare cases, you may receive a cancellation notice after your reservation is confirmed due to urgent matters. Please enter a reachable email address and phone number when making a reservation.
・The store is located in Nakano Ward, Tokyo (nearest stations are Higashinakano Station, Nakano-Sakaue Station). Please check our website or your reservation confirmation email for the store address.
・Payment methods accepted at the store are credit card, debit card, PayPay, and public transport IC cards only; cash is not accepted.
・While a product page states [Pre-order], you will not be able to see that product in the store.

All reservations are based on Japan Standard Time (JST / UTC+9), Tokyo time.
If you are booking from outside Japan, please note that the reservation time displayed may be different from your local time due to the time difference.

Please make sure to check your reservation time in Tokyo/Japan time before your visit.

-Regular Reservation Time Slots (Japan Time)-
There are normally five reservation slots per day:
・1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
・2:40 PM – 3:40 PM
・3:50 PM – 4:50 PM
・5:20 PM – 6:20 PM
・6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

If you are unsure about your reservation time, please contact us by email below before your visit to confirm the correct time.

Please make sure you have confirmed your reservation time in Japan Standard Time (JST) before coming to the store.
